Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Will the presets work on older versions of Analog Lab / Pigments?

A: No, because of the recently added effects and filters we have used we can only guarantee the presets will work as intended 100% on Pigments 7+ or Analog Lab 5.12+

Q: Can I edit the presets if I have only Analog Lab?

A: Technically yes, but only the 4 macro controls found on the bottom of the plugin. If you have Pigments you'll have complete control over every aspect of each preset so its a great investment if you like sound design.

Q: How do I install the presets?

A: You'll recieve a number of banks to install as the size of each one exceeds pigments maximum size. Simply go into either VST and the top left drop down menu, select import and find each one in the folders and add them. If you have any issues with this please reach out to our support email so we can assist you with this (support@synth-palace.com)

Q: Are the sounds from the presets all royalty free?

A: Absolutely, if you have purchased this product you have full control over everything you create with it and we have no entitlement to any royalties or credits you hopefully get using our presets.
